What is a “Day Of” Wedding Coordinator?

After engagement, most couples get quite overwhelmed with the wedding planning process. Unfortunately not everyone has the luxury of hiring a wedding planner. Yet these couples want to be able to enjoy their wedding day without having to worry about all the vendors that you have hired.

Because we have first handedly witnessed the nuances of real life wedding bloopers, we have added “Day Of” Wedding Coordinator Services. Let’s go into more detail on what this entails.

First of all, the term “Day Of” is very misleading. The actual process takes approximately six weeks before the wedding. During those six weeks, we take the vendor contact information, the signed vendor contracts, and begin working to make sure that there is a clear time line on vendor deliveries and coordination of important details for your ceremony and reception. A wedding day schedule is created and coordinated with your activities. We also outline the “to-do’s” for the day and any special details that you want incorporated.

Unfortunately we cannot promise the responsiveness of the vendors you have hired. But we can promise we will do our very best to get any issues resolved in a timely manner.

On your wedding day, our day starts very early. We make sure brides hair and make-up is done on time. Guests are all seated for the ceremony. We have tissues in our pockets, lipstick in our bags and bandaids just in case. And if you need a button sewed on, we can do that too.

Our job is to make your day as stress free as possible. No need to worry about the activities of the day or if your guests are having a good time, we will do it for you.
